Shining the spotlight on different team members is always fun, especially with someone as successful as Riverpoint Management leader Jessica C. We recently had the opportunity to sit down and have a discussion with her about her current work and her outlook for the future.
“I’ve worked in the past with organizations where the culture just doesn’t match my personality and there’s no room for growth,” shared Jessica, “so coming to Riverpoint Management has been one of the best decisions I have made so far. Here, I’ve learned that there are companies where the team is positive and encouraging and they empower me to be positive and successful as well.”
“At first, I had to learn all the systems and thought patterns of being a successful professional, which not only helped my understanding of the business, but also my personal life, because lots of the skills they teach are just as useful there,” continued Jessica. “I’m still learning how to be a great leader, to think like a leader and to help others on my team. I like being part of the upbeat culture and setting the tone for new hires coming in.”
“Now that I have a big-picture strategic plan for my future, I know what I want in my business and personal life. I’ve been successful with two campaigns so far,” Jessica enthused. “I appreciate that with Riverpoint Management, I’m working for my own future and the futures of those team members who support me. It’s okay if you don’t know much about the industry when you start. You will learn and be able to apply it in no time.”
